  Easter Saturday 2013, try to launch our 1978 model boat at Narooma Apex ramp only to find steering stuck. Boat is half in and half out of the water - we retrieve the boat, and took it to Kingfisher where they called in reinforcements to deal with the growing list of boats lobbing on their doorstep that day. Nick, Hannah and the boys did a great job of attending to the 3 or 4 different customers that were there while we were getting sorted out. ours was pretty simple, but time consuming - a new cable, second hand helm and while we were at it, a new set of springs for the trailer to replace the rusted ones. 4 hours later we were on our way and actually managed to get in half a day's fishing. 2 of the friendliest business owners we've encountered and we are now considering a new motor from them because of their great customer service, and competitive prices.
