  Decided to Support the Local Business as we have just moved here . Worst experience I have ever had in a Hardware Store.We needed Decking Paint and stripper. We were pointed to an Aisle and told "There" The paint is sorted into Brands not types so we couldn't compare Deck Paint. After finding a suitable paint we were told it was NOT in the computer and they would find the price.. after 15 minutes they still had no price so they offered it to us for $35 for 4l which they said was cheap. I agreed and said I would take the last 2 tins to make sure I had enough. Then they asked what colour we would like it tinted. Despite picking 15 colours they said this paint could not be tinted those colours. They were quite rude even though they were the ones who were incompetent. After all this the "Manager" came out and said we couldn't have the paint for $35 as 1 litre was $50. Totally disgusted with this waste of time we picked another brand which they were capable of tinting, paid and vowed never to return to the store. Spend the Extra $15 in petrol and go to Bunnings in the Bay. Cheaper prices and they are friendly and helpful.
