Firstly, we weren't told when we booked (2 days before we arrived) that the swimming pool was closed for renovations. The kids were crying, especially my child with a disablilty who couldn't understand why. They then suggested a protected bay for the kids to swim in. It is September! Are they willing to swim in the icy waters. As a last resort they said to go to the public pool. We walked to the public pool and it was closed for the next 2 days we were staying for. Why would we come to a caravan park in school holidays on the coast to not be able to swim. The Wifi is non existent. Our cabin was located right on the bay which was beautiful, but not the brand new ones which we were told we would have for the $270 per night, instead a cabin which was clean but a little tired. At least the bikes were free for the first use and good coffee and IGA across the road. The ladies tried to be helpful which was lovely and had some great ideas which were good for kids.

This is an mazing holiday destination to come with the whole family. We always come down at Christmas time and it is always a great time from the friendly staff checking you in to the 5 star accommodation, this is definitely a place you should check out.
